Policy

Rates

• Rates are charged per night per adult for regular booking.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is always applicable.
• A pet-friendly surcharge of $50 per pet applies.

Payment

A 20% non-refundable deposit due at booking. Reservation is confirmed upon payment of a valid deposit. All rates in USD. Any outstanding balance is due no later than 60 days before check-in.

Cancellation

1. If you cancel any time up to 30 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of your total paid, not including the 20% non-refundable deposit.
2. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, there is no refund.

• To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to be able to provide our services.
• To confirm and complete your reservation.

Information we disclose about you

All client information is kept in-house and strictly confidential. The personal information collected from you during the booking processing (name, phone numbers, email address) is used exclusively for your reservation.
